 Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide through USPS and UPS. Your rate will be automatically calculated at check out.

International packages may or may not incur charges upon their arrival in the destination country.

If you have questions regarding duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office. 

How long do orders take to fulfill?

It depends. Already made items will be shipped within 7 business day and made-to-order items can take 10-14 business days.

Jewelry Care

  • Avoid water and cosmetics.
  • Use a polishing cloth and rub gently on your jewelry after everywhere
  • Store jewelry in a clean dry place.
  • Handle with care especially for glass and porcelain pieces.

It is normal for metal to oxidize (or change color) with time and exposure to the elements, but contact with liquid or other substances can expedite this process.

Do you accept custom orders?

At the current moment, we do not have the capacity to fulfill custom orders.

Do you offer returns/refunds?

For sanitary reasons, all sales are final. 

Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis if your item arrives damaged or faulty.

Why are most of your pieces one of one?

Due to the nature of up-cycling, we can't guarantee to restock any exact item.

Regarding up-cycling pieces:

We strive to be more sustainable by upcycling pre-owned, vintage, and deadstock material. Due to the nature of using upcycled components such as watches, chains, and charms, they may appear ‘used’ or ‘worn’, we do our best to photograph each piece as best we can so you know what to expect when receiving your order.
